About the Scheme
To drive digital transformation in SMEs in the F&B, retail (excluding F&B), tourism or personal services industries (the sectors) and deepen their understanding of ready-to-use basic digital solutions, HKCMCL launches DTSPP Training Sponsorship Scheme for Trade Associations in the sectors to organize tailor-made digital transformation training programmes, in response to the demand of decision-makers and practitioners for effective training.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a Trade Association in the Food and Beverage, Retail (excluding Food and Beverage), Tourism or Personal services industries.
- Applicant must be incorporated in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap. 310) with substantial business operation in Hong Kong.

Training Sponsorship
A maximum of HK$50,000 training sponsorship will be arranged for each eligible and approved Trade Association.
Appreciation Ceremony
Upon completion of organising the training programme(s), trophies will be awarded to the Trade Associations at the Appreciation Ceremony, to recognize their contribution in supporting DTSPP in their respective sectors..
Vetting Team
The Vetting Committee will be composed of members from the industries professional representatives.
Application Deadline (Closed Application)
Trade Associations need to submit the application form to HKCMCL by email dtraining@cyberport.hk before submission deadline.
Schedule of Reimbursement Application
The reimbursement application shall be assessed and approved by batches under first-come-first-served basis upon the respective reimbursement submission deadlines.

Please refer to the Guides and Notes (ENC.RF.072) for more details. Please download the Funding Support Application Form (ENC.SF.241), Reimbursement Form (ENC.SF.242) and submit the form by email to dtraining@cyberport.hk.
If there are any changes or revisions, alterations to the implementation schedule, or withdrawal of the application, Amendment Form (ENC.SF.243) must be submitted, providing a reasonable explanation and submitting the relevant documents. The applicant has to submit the form at least 10 working days before the commencement date of the training programme(s).
