The QR Code electronic payment and in-store ordering system helps merchants establish and manage contactless electronic catalogs. It comes with an interactive mobile web application that supports in-store shopping and online ordering for delivery or in-store pickup.
The system offers the following features
Mobile Ordering Page Customers can directly access the merchants electronic storefront page by scanning the provided QR code or URL, without the need to download an additional app.
Real-time Backend Page The backend system quickly updates new orders from customers.
Real-time Orders Merchants can receive and process orders in real-time, allowing them to track and manage customer purchasing needs promptly.
Customized Discounts Merchants can customize discounts to attract customers.
Product Classification and Multiple Tiered Structures Merchants can create different product categories based on their retail products and add multiple options and tiered structures, such as flavors and weights, to meet customers preferences and needs.
Inventory Management The system helps merchants track inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and avoiding overselling. Merchants can easily update and manage product availability, reducing the possibility of disappointing customers due to out-of-stock items.
The system aims to provide a convenient, efficient, and contactless electronic catalog management platform to enhance the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
During the payment process, customers can choose between direct home delivery or in-store pickup. For in-store pickup, customers can select the preferred date and time, allowing employees to prepare accordingly. Payment options include accepting credit cards and cash.
The payment fees for merchants are as follows
Credit cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay) 3.4% + HKD$2.35 per transaction.
Alipay or WeChat Pay 2.2% + HKD$2 per transaction.
For the Digital Transformation Support Pilot Program (DTSPP), the above transaction fees will be exempted for a period of 12 months. The exemption will be settled at the end of the 12th month of service effectiveness.
^ Starting from the 11th order of each month, a collection service fee of 3.6% will be charged.
