A/ Basic package – OMNI basic package offers the following core product features:
- Loyalty Points Engine – OMNI offers a customisable loyalty points engine to award customers for point earning through purchases and other activities such as membership sign up, birthdays and more.
- Redeemable Rewards – OMNI allows retailers to create different types of rewards to best suit the retailer’s business and drive customer engagement. Reward types include offering redemptions for discounts & coupons, free product rewards, % off specific product categories, “pay with points” discounts and more.
- Member VIP Tiers – OMNI allows retailers to pamper and delight their best customers with exclusive VIP tiers that can unlock more point earning and exclusive rewards. Deliver a truly differentiated VIP experience to keep your best customers coming back.
- Member Benefits – OMNI offers members and VIPs special benefits such as discounts during a VIP’s birthday month, welcome offers and exclusive rewards when achieving a special VIP tier.
- Points Campaigns – OMNI allows retailers to set special campaign periods where customers are offered points-based bonuses (e.g., 3X points for shopping) to drive action.
