The optional plan includes restaurant membership card APPs. Two APPs will be independently listed on the App Store and Google Play under the restaurant brand name and are not shared with other restaurants. In addition to improving member loyalty, it can also enhance brand image. Member card APP functions include member registration and verification, member points system, coupon redemption system, in-store food ordering, and receiving notifications. The data of “Optional Plan Restaurant Membership Card APPs” and “Basic solution restaurant POS” are synchronized in real time.
The system’s offline payment supports cash, Alipay (handling fee from 1.2% to 1.5%), WeChat Pay (handling fee from 1.2% to 1.5%), credit card (handling fee from 1.5% to 1.8%), Octopus (handling fee from 1.5% to 1.8%), and UnionPay QuickPass (handling fee from 2.3% to 2.6%). The restaurant can apply for an electronic payment card machine from a third-party payment system card machine company and place it next to the POS. The card machine can be connected to the POS system to collect the above electronic payments. There is no integration fee for third-party payment system card machines, and the settlement Period is T+2.
