Remarks
1. Any additional design revision will be charged against the Client on an hourly basis at a rate of HKD 2,400/hour. House of Forme shall seek the consent of the Client before embarking on any second or subsequent revisions.
2. Any payment made is non-refundable.
3. Should the size and nature of the project alter, we reserve the right to renegotiate a revised fee to reflect the impact.
4. In the event of a termination made by the Client, the Client agrees to pay House of Forme all sums and amounts due to House of Forme i.e. a Pro- rata portion of the Fees reflecting the Deliverables and/or Services completed by House of Forme as at the date of termination and all of the costs and expenses incurred by House of Forme as at the date of termination.
